Monday was a night of good news, bad news. The good news is that Annee
and the Blue Devils won their tournament championship game against the
Irish. The Irish jumped out to a 6-0 lead before the Blue Devils came
back to win 23-15. The Blue Devils outscored their opponents 15-3 in the
second half of both the semifinal and championship games. Hayden and
the Heat weren't as lucky in their rubber game against the Celtics. After being down early, the game was tied with a minutes left. The Celtics were able to close it out in final minute of the game. Ending the season with a loss is something of a different feeling for Hayden. He was coming off two Toy Bowl wins and basketball and baseball championships.
