Early Friday

Our start on Friday was much smoother than Thursday. Annee felt better and we avoided any major traffic jams. We started the day with a White House tour. The tour included several of the public rooms on the main floor. It was Annee's favorite stop on our trip. Security is pretty tight on the White House tours and no cameras, bags, or purses are allowed. After lunch H,A, & H went to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, while I went to the car to retrieve the camera. Hayden enjoyed the museum, but the girls were less impressed. I caught up with the crew at the American History Museum. Hayden liked Lincoln's hat. Annee liked the First Ladies' dresses. Below are a couple of pictures from the American History Museum.
